Refund policy

We hope you are loving your Mun purchase. In the event of a return, we are happy to accept unworn, undamaged goods in its original packaging with tags on.

All returns must be requested within 4 days of receival. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of order delivery date to be eligible for a refund.

 Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for lost or missing goods.

How to start a return:

1. Visit our Return Center

2. Please enter your order number and email, then follow the prompts to proceed.

After approval, you will receive a return shipping label. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

*Please note that all returns are subject to an $8 restocking fee per order.

*Customer will be responsible for the initial shipping cost as well as the return shipping cost on the complete return.
