Shipping policy

We dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days (Monday – Friday) with the exception of sale and peak periods where this may take longer. If orders are made at the weekend or on bank holidays, they will be prepared on the next business day. It will not be possible to send orders to PO Boxes.

Our packages are shipped with USPS and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. Alternatively, the courier company will try two more times to deliver the package. Unfortunately, we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
